These rail pieces are available at Market Street Railway’s San Francisco Railway Museum located at 77 Steuart Street (on the F-Line), and not at the Cable Car Museum.

Good place to be a small museum. RC needs more museums.

ED that shuttered shop next door and make that into a museum parking and office.

It seems like a hotel + museum combination would do well here. I would think an SF History museum would be pretty popular, and the hotel could help fund it.

Aren’t there zoning rules that prevent a retail store from opening in a residential neighborhood — even if it looks like a museum? For that matter, you probably can’t open a museum in a residential neighborhood either.
