6th Street near the Miracle Mile is going on a 'road diet'
The Petersen Museum’s ‘turf’ IS NOT anywhere along 6th St., which is a block north of the Museum. This the writer very cleverly, ironically dropping the Museum’s name because they are an automotive museum. Very clever, and also wrong. Also super clever is that the Museum’s name is misspelled, it’s The Petersen Museum. Keep up the spectacular journalism.
Those are from the former shuttle between Hoyt-Schermerhorn and the old Court Street station, which is now the New York Transit Museum. Preservationists want to turn Chicago’s lakefront into a National Park
See … here’s the problem … by the simple fact of claiming it was a "Star Wars" museum … you (by definition) prove that you have absolutely ZERO understanding of what the Museum of Narrative Arts was going to be. You could also add an 11th, Pilgrim Baptist Church, recognized as the birthplace of Gospel, will soon be undergoing a salvage/renovation to turn what’s left of the historical facade into the National Museum of Gospel.
