Renderings: Throwback building rising from one of Glenwood Park’s last buildable lots
No, but given that it was paved with the same width and design means that’s likely what will be considered Beltline or "Beltline Access". It’s called Glenwood Place trail via Google maps. Given that the Beltline doesn’t own the property or right of way pictured above, this picture is also inaccurate. Ulimately, true Beltline in IMO never will go thru this section between I-20 and South where the trail picks back up at Glenwood Avenue.

Would be a shame to lose the old Wilder’s confectionery building – it appears to have been built between 1892 and 1902 from maps / newspapers. So what happens next, as development knocks on the UC’s front door? Do Reinsdorf and Wirtz finally see the opportunity to make some more money and sell a few of those parking lots, while building a couple of 7-10 story parking decks on two remaining lots so as not to lose capacity? Do we think we’ll ever see the parking lots go? There is so much potential for major development around the UC, similar to what’s been done at Busch Stadium in St. Louis and elsewhere.

I feel like there must be some issue with Vox Media and Google maps. Maybe they would have to pay a licensing fee or something for using the Google Maps API on the site? Otherwise, I can’t understand why maps aren’t included with these articles.

There are some oddly tiny lots on Knox. This one is 62×81 (.11 acres). There is another one a block west that’s only 56×50 (.06 acres) that used to house this little cutie:
