According to a recent report, the developer behind the planned 95-story, Studio Gang-designed Vista Tower has confirmed that no less than 110 of the Vista’s 406 ultra-luxury condominiums are now under contract.
While a number of Vista Tower buyers are wealthy locals, co-developers Magellan and Dalian Wanda are marketing the nearly 1,200-foot building in Hong Kong, Singapore, and the Middle East.
Over the weekend, a small number of three-bedroom condos have listed the market. Ranging from 2,035 to 2,481 square feet in size, the ultra luxury units are asking between $1,790,800 and $2,828,340.
