The year’s final meeting of the Chicago Plan Commission green-lit a number of development projects yesterday, including a plan that would replace Old Town’s Noble Horse Theatre at 1415 N. Sedgwick.

The project slated for 1325 N Wells will feature a mix of one-, two-, and three-bedroom apartments ranging roughly in size from 600 to 1,400 square feet. In addition to private balconies, the building will include a shared rooftop terrace.
