Over in Boystown, this duplex once featured on HGTV’s House Hunters (spoiler alert: the buyer’s chose this property on the show) is on the market for just under $400,000.

The two-bedroom, two-bathroom home was rehabbed, but it still has a bit of old-school charm. The condo has a vintage brick exterior and an enclosed sunroom off the living room —both classic elements of older Chicago homes.

The raised, first-floor unit has a bright, spacious living room and a separate dining room. The kitchen is small but makes the most of a tight space with granite countertops and stylish cabinets with a unique grain and glass panels.

There’s a bedroom on the main level, but the owners have turned the entire lower level into a perfect master suite. In this cozy, cave-like bedroom we imagine it’d be easy to create a perfect minimalist sleep cocoon like Curbed SF’s editor Brock Keeling. The bedroom also boasts a walk-in closet and a spa-like bathroom with subway tiling and chrome fixtures.

621 Cornelia Avenue, Unit 1 is listed for $399,000 with Jerome Witte of My Town Realty Group.
