Edgewater’s Manor House is a dreamy, castle-like complex designed in 1908 by architect John Edmund Oldaker Pridmore. The Tudor Revival style landmark is divided into two wings with highly detailed brick and terra cotta ornamentation. Not to mention, there’s lovely landscaping and a fountain with a stone statue.

This sprawling three-bedroom, two-bedroom unit comes with vaulted ceilings, 14-foot beams, a spiral staircase, and leaded glass windows. The listing description boasts that this home is an entertainer’s dream—the grand parlor fit for large dinner parties or game day festivities (but isn’t that all what we’re dreaming of?).

The master bedroom is on the upper floor, so it’s really quiet, with a renovated bathroom. The owners have also recently installed a new furnace, air conditioner, and kitchen appliances. It’s possible to lease two garage spaces next door, but this duplex is also very close to the Red Line and express bus routes.
