If you’re considering purchasing a home in Logan Square—it’s best to jump on it quick.

The average sale price of a home has increased by 15 percent since last year, according to Redfin. The median list price per square foot is $314, while the city’s average is $243, Zillow’s data says. All that means: It’s a good time to sell. Buyers could have more options. Houses will get snapped up quick—like adorable 3,136-square-foot workers cottage.

The four-bedroom, three-bedroom home went through a full renovation but kept some of the most charming original elements like stained art glass and exposed brick. There’s a cute front porch and grassy, fenced-in backyard with deck space.

The main floor features a living room, open kitchen with a breakfast bar and dining room, and work space. The master bedroom is upstairs with along with a hexagon-tiled bathroom and clawfoot tub. The lower level includes a kid-friendly rehab with swings and a mini climbing wall, too.

This darling home, located at 3654 W. Wabansia Avenue, is listed for $415,000 with Reve’ Kendall of Redfin Corporation.
