It’s confirmed: The priciest condo in the Tribune Tower is asking $7.6 million.
At the end of June, a sales website revealed that condos at the iconic Gothic city landmark would sell between $700,000 and $7 million. On Friday, a sales gallery opened, debuting a model unit and new renderings of the luxurious residences and amenities.
The most expensive unit is one of two on the 22nd floor—a four-bedroom condo with terraces, soaring ceilings, dramatic arch windows. There are 160 other residences and four levels of trendy amenities and lounges which give tenants access to some of the building’s most incredible architectural elements.
Luxury essentials like the spa, gym, and golf simulator are on the second floor. Just above that: an event space with a bar and kitchen, a landscaped exterior courtyard, and meeting rooms. On the seventh floor, the Chicago Tribune sign is visible from the interior swimming pool. That level also has a sundeck, outdoor terrace, and grill stations.
The real jaw-dropping moment (and feature all future owners will bring every guest to see) is the 25th-floor Crown Lounge. Sit below the intricate, clustered columns and pointed spires that most have only admired from afar.
The project’s designers include interior architect The Gettys Group, architect of record Solomon Cordwell Buenz, and landscape architect Olin. Below is a first look at the Tribune Tower residences.
