Built in 1928, a condo building with original details and a highly decorative facade just listed a top floor unit for under $100,000.

The West Ridge home is a spacious one-bedroom with a living room and separate dining area. It comes with bright large windows, a barrel ceiling with a pink-hued pinwheel mural, an outdoor patio off the kitchen, and a “circular” floor plan, according to the listing.

Arching, built-in bookshelves frame a decorative fireplace in the living room. Then, the kitchen is on the smaller side, but its just off a large formal dining room with a large bay window. Finally, the bedroom is a decent size and has three large windows bringing in lots of natural light.

Most of the building is owner-occupied and HOA dues are $343 per month. The property at 2200 West Granville Avenue listed two days ago for just $89,000.

The living room has a sunset pink design above the windows.
The spacious formal dining room is just off the retro kitchen.
While the appliances might be a bit dated, the hardwood cabinets are in great shape.
The bedroom has a ton of natural light.
Take a look at the original teal tiles, and that beautiful glass and metal door knob.
