Fans of the 1993 comedy Groundhog Day have a chance to own a piece of movie history in suburban Woodstock, Illinois. Although not as famous as the film’s nearby bed & breakfast which sold in 2017, this four-bedroom craftsman style home also played a role in the movie.

Eagle-eyed fans will recognize it as the house where Bill Murray’s character, Phil Connors, returned to take $1,000 piano lessons as he relived the same day in a seemingly endless loop. An exterior plaque commemorates the property’s appearance in the Harold Ramis-directed flick.

Hollywood cameos aside, the 1893 residence is also noteworthy in its own right. The carefully maintained and restored property sports historic details including a charming front porch (which can be seen in the film), vaulted ceilings, hardwood floors as well as smartly updated bathrooms and a refreshed kitchen.

Located just blocks from downtown Woodstock and the Metra’s Union Pacific Northwest line to Chicago, the charming suburban home is listed by Redfin for $249,000. Not a bad place to wake up every day—and perhaps master the piano?
