Jonathan Toews was quick to score a buyer for his four-bedroom Gold Coast condo. The Blackhawks captain sold the property for $6.95 million on Monday, Crain’s reported. The transaction closed roughly three months after the three-time Stanley Cup winner listed the home for $7.25 million.

Perched on the 29th floor of the pricey No. 9 Walton tower, the 4,420-square-foot residence includes 11-foot ceilings, a wide wrap-around heated balcony, and a master suite with a serious-looking infrared sauna. Though it possesses all of the bells and whistles, the downtown home was never inhabited by Toews, its listing agent told Crain’s.

The 31-year-old Winnipeg native paid roughly $6.4 million for the condo last year, and the identity of the buyers has yet to appear in public records. No. 9 Walton remains a popular building for Chicago’s well-to-do. Billionaire hedge fund founder Ken Griffin, Cubs right fielder Jason Heyward, as well as Toews’s Blackhawk teammate Patrick Kane all own units in the Gold Coast tower.

The kitchen include a large island, stone counters, and integrated appliances.
The roomy master bedroom offers a seating area and sweeping southwest views.
An infrared sauna fit for a professional athlete.
The terrace includes an overhead heating element for year-round enjoyment.
