Settled right between The 606 Trail and Humboldt Park, this home on the top floor of a three-story handsome older building just popped up on the market. The spacious three-bedroom, two-bathroom condo is listed for $300,000.

The south-facing unit sits on the corner of North Avenue and Spaulding in a beautiful brick building with a metal turret and oriel windows. Inside the building, which dates back to 1918, there are hardwood floors, a decorative fireplaces, Chicago brick accent walls, and high ceilings. The spacious open layout allows for a dining space, living room, and cozy seating areas in front of bright windows. Just last year the owners renovated the hall bathroom and put in a new washer and dryer.

The vanity in the master bathroom was handcrafted by the owner from 100-year-old reclaimed wood. Decor throughout the space has a similar hard-working feel such as mirrors with thick distressed metal frames and industrial styled light fixtures. The rooftop has a communal deck outfitted with seating and grilling amenities. Assessments are fairly low for the 1,500-square-foot space at $235 per month.
