There are surely no shortages of greystones or bungalows around Albany Park, or anywhere else in city. That’s why this black and white farmhouse caught our attention.

While 3726 W. Windsor Avenue is a little pricey for the mostly residential neighborhood, the home is a new construction on a quiet cul-de-sac. It comes with four bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and a finished basement. It also boasts an often highly-coveted feature in the city—a fenced-in backyard.

The interior is outfitted with rustic light fixtures, a sliding barn door, and the master bedroom features vaulted ceilings. The bathroom tiling doesn’t exactly fall in line with farmhouse chic, but adds a bit of flair beyond the basic standard.

This is a home fans of Fixer Upper will love, minus all the extra work of an actual fixer upper.

Asking price is $569,000.
