With two parking spaces included, the asking price seems like an even better deal

Like many other downtown neighborhoods, the South Loop is currently undergoing some major changes. Thousands of new luxury residences are on the way to the popular neighborhood in the form of high-profile tower projects designed by Rafael Viñoly, Helmut Jahn, Perkins + Will, HPA, and others.

And while these transformative towers will inject some new starchitecture into the South Loop, the neighborhood is also known for its large inventory of lofts. Take this two-bedroom, one and a half bathroom loft on South Wabash Avenue for example. It has all of the makings of a loft and more. And being a corner unit, the views are pretty great.

There’s a lot to like about this one and the building also features some nice amenities like a shared roof deck and a small gym. And with two parking spaces included, the $365,000 asking price seems like an even better deal.
