Home to former Chicago Bulls shooting guard Jimmy Butler—and one seriously large sneaker collection—this giant mansion in Chicago’s downtown River North neighborhood is back with a new, lower price.

The home’s brick and limestone nouveau chateaux exterior conceals six bedrooms, five-and-a-half bathrooms, a rec room with a bar and billiard tables, and a three-car attached garage. Other notable touches include a grand wrought iron staircase, a wood-lined home office, an elevator, three individual outdoor terraces, and a 750-bottle wine cellar.

The professional athlete listed his Chicago home last month for a cool $5 million and has just re-listed at $4.6 million. According to records, Butler paid $4.3 million for the property in September of 2015. The 27-year-old Texas native is saying goodbye to Chicago for the Twin Cities where he will be reunited with former Chicago Bulls coach Tom Thibodeau at the Minnesota Timberwolves.
