Five-bedroom Andersonville gut rehab full of reclaimed wood lists for $1.3M

The heavily upgraded home maintains its original brick facade

Despite receiving a complete gut rehab and large rear addition, this 4,500-square-foot Andersonville home does a fairly decent job of maintaining its original curb appeal. Behind its brick facade, prospective buyers will find five bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, a designer kitchen, a finished basement, and lots of antlers and reclaimed wood.

Additional upgrades include top-of-the-line HVAC equipment, a DVR-based array of home security cameras, and an intercom system. Out back, the rear yard features a decent-sized lawn plus a detached 2.5-car garage topped by a wood planked deck for sunbathing or entertaining.

According to public records, the Andersonville property last sold—presumably in a non-renovated state—in 2012 for a mere $345,000. The completely rehabbed home hit the market last month seeking $1.395 million before re-listing today for a cool $1.3 million.
