Former Chicago Blackhawks star Niklas Hjalmarsson has listed his five-bedroom, six-bathroom mansion in Lakeview for sale, seeking $3.199 million. A three-time Stanley Cup winner with the Blackhawks, the 30-year-old Swede was traded by to the Arizona Coyotes last month, ending a decade-long career in Chicago.

Hjalmarsson, who had previously lived in a three-story riverfront townhouse in the Fulton River District, purchased his current residence in April 2015, paying $2.32 million for the new construction. A year later, Hjalmarsson and his wife purchased the neighboring three-flat for $900,000, demolishing the building to use the property as a side yard, Crain’s Chicago Business reports.

The large 4,600-square-foot residence is not particularly unusual for a professional athlete. The house features a brick and limestone-clad exterior and upscale finishes inside. The basement boasts a recreation room, a wet room, and a second laundry room. An office, second wet bar, and a sprawling rooftop deck space complete the top level.
