Despite being built over 120 years ago, this four-bedroom Victorian style home in the Ravenswood/Lincoln Square neighborhood has the amenities of a much newer home. Thanks to a 2004 down-to-the-studs renovation, the historic minty green home sports a spacious chef’s kitchen, four updated bedrooms, new bathrooms, a finished lower level, and a home office in the former attic space. A large farmer’s porch, rear yard with a patio, and a detached garage round out the property’s exterior.

The 4,000-square-foot Painted Lady last listed over a year ago for just under $1.3 million. It returned this week seeking $1.185 million. According to the agent notes, the current owners are highly “motivated” to find a buyer.
