Making good on their suggestion of leaving Chicago to settle in Nashville, retired Chicago Bears quarterback Jay Cutler and former reality TV star Kristin Cavallari have listed their spacious 11,000-square-foot North Shore mansion over the holiday weekend. According to the Chicago Tribune, the couple purchased the seven-bedroom house through a land trust in January 2014, paying $4.25 million in cash. However, it is now up for sale with a $4.75 million price tag.

A brand new construction at the time of its purchase in 2014, the house boasts many luxury amenities and lots of room both inside and out. The mansion stands on a one-acre lot and photos reveal an attached four-car garage, a half-court basketball court, a theater room, and a landing that leads to the Lake Michigan shoreline.

According to the Tribune, the pair moved to Nashville earlier this month, just weeks after the Bears cut the longtime QB.
