These great downtown views will set you back $2 million

With the flood of new construction around the West Loop, River North, and nearby at Wolf Point, the views from buildings in the Fulton River District are getting more interesting. The nearly completed 150 N. Riverside and River Point towers on the western side of the Chicago River are two very unique additions to the Chicago skyline, meanwhile the curving facade of 333 Wacker Drive remains a familiar but still striking presence along the river.

This 27th-floor unit from the River Bend residences offers sweeping views of all of these buildings and more. And the views are dramatic from nearly every room in the unit. There’s even a spacious outdoor terrace that offers an unobstructed look at many of the newer buildings joining the city’s famous skyline. Of course, these views will come at a price. This unit listed over the weekend with a $2 million price tag.
