Staged with not one but two infant nurseries, this townhouse in Chicago’s objectively “hot” Logan Square neighborhood is clearly hoping to catch the eye of a young family. Designed by ISA Architects, it is part of the multi-phase Flexhouse residential project from Ranquist Development. While the first batch of homes were completed on Shakespeare Avenue in 2013, this example is part of the later 2015 phase that added more residences along Hamlin and Ridgeway.

The three-bedroom, two-bathroom home features large windows, a love-it-or-hate-it modern facade, and a 49-foot-long private rear yard with a detached two-car garage. Notable upgrades include radiant-heated matted concrete floors on the main level and a modern kitchen with a custom island, cabinetry, and lighting. The large master bath is particularly appealing.

The contemporary Logan Square townhouse hit the market earlier this week for $569,000. If it finds a buyer at that price, it would claim the title of the highest Flexhouse sale to date, says listing agent Elizabeth Amidon.
