Consistent with earlier reports that the so-called Superior House condo project was ramping up marketing efforts this week, updated renderings of the upcoming River North development have surfaced. Slated to rise at 366 W. Superior Street, the 12-story, building from Ascend Real Estate Group will include 34 for-sale residences, a 63-space parking garage, and resident amenities like a fitness center, dog run, and rooftop terrace.

The latest batch of images provide a more detailed look at the glass and metal “flying buttress” exterior penned by FitzGerald Associates Architects as well as a first glimpse at interior finish packages from designer Gary Lee Partners. Priced between $1,090,000 and $3,275,000, each residence is described as a “corner unit” and will feature floor-to-ceiling glass and a large balcony with built-in grilling equipment.

The development will replace a pair of unremarkable existing low-rise commercial buildings at the northeast corner of Sedgwick and Superior. So far, no city permits for either construction or demolition have been issued. A sales center for the Superior House project opens today at nearby 405 W. Superior.
