A sprawling full-floor condo on the 58th floor of Chicago’s Waldorf Astoria is back on the market following a $1.5 million price reduction. Featuring four bedrooms, four full bathrooms, and two half baths, the home first landed (with no photos) on the MLS last September for an eye-watering $12.5 million.

With its recent return at the discounted price of $10.95 million, we have our first glimpse inside the 5,600-square-foot sky palace. Offering 360-degree views of downtown and Lake Michigan, the home also boasts 12-foot-ceilings, two large outdoor terraces, and two included parking spaces. The monthly assessment is predicability high at $6,400.

If the 58th-floor condo is a little too big or rich for your budget, the property is also available as two smaller units. A two-bedroom, 2,650-square-foot piece with south-facing views is available for $5.75 million while a similarly-sized subdivided unit on the tower’s north side is asking $5.35 million.

Full-floor units in the Waldorf Astoria have fetched considerable sums in recent years. In early 2016, hedge fund manager—and Illinois’ richest resident—Ken Griffin unloaded a home occupying the entire 46th floor for a reported $16 million. Mr. Griffin also had purchased a full-floor condo unit on the building's 37th floor in 2014 at a cost of $13.3 million.
