A large 4,700-square-foot unit at the top of the former Montgomery Ward HQ in River North has returned to the market with a listing price that is less lofty than its original ask. The listing agent suggests that it is an “open space for easy entertaining” and indeed, it’s got a large open living room and kitchen area with a long wall of windows providing an excellent skyline views as a backdrop. It’s been on and off the market over the last couple of years, but today it is seeking $2.85 million. It’s also seen some changes to the kitchen and living room space since it first hit the market in February 2015 with an odd asking price of $3,487,500.
