With 200 sites to visit, next month’s event has something for everyone

Architecture, art, and history buffs rejoice: Chicago Architecture Foundation’s wildly successful Open House Chicago is poised to return again this fall and will feature access to no less than 200 sites across the city. Scheduled for October 15-16, the event gives both locals and visitors rare a firsthand look at some of the Chi-town’s most architecturally significant treasures and a chance to get inside many of the Chicago’s world-renown design firms.

While the weekend is free, Open House Chicago is also an excellent reason to become a CAF member for anyone who hasn’t done so already. With membership offering exclusive entry to a number of unique sites as well as granting priority access at OHC’s more popular spots, joining up certainly has its perks.
