Frank Lloyd Wright’s Sherman Booth House shaves $200K off ask

This large Prairie style gem has taken its first price cut

Frank Lloyd Wright’s Sherman Booth House in Glencoe has taken its first price cut since it first listed two months ago. Designed by Wright and built in 1916, the home’s entry to the market this summer marked the first time that it became available for sale in nearly 50 years. The home is unique for its size and shape, but it’s actually one of several homes Wright designed for the Ravine Bluffs subdivision in the North Shore. The home’s current owners are only the third to have owned the property. Will you be the next? It’s now seeking $1.7 million.
