A rare 3,500-square-foot duplex penthouse at Lakeshore East’s Aqua has returned, but this time with a big price chop. The unit, situated on the tower’s 80th and 81st floors, boast three bedrooms, three and a half bathrooms, and some pretty incredible skyline views. Skyline views come with sky-high price tags though. While Aqua has been known to fetch some seriously high prices on its upper floor units, this particular one has been seeking a buyer since May 2015. It entered the market last year asking $6 million, but the owners have shaved $500,000 off the ask. It’s now seeking $5.5 million.
