Before workers can start erecting the massive Addison & Clark mixed-use development in Wrigleyville, demolition crews have to clear the path. Over the weekend, demo crews continued to wreck and clear out a handful of properties along the busy intersection. Fortunately some passersby were able to capture the demolition work in progress over the last few days and shared their images on Twitter. Once demo work has been completed, the developers behind the project can start immediately. The development’s first construction permit was issued nearly two months ago. When completed, the project will deliver 148 new apartments, 405 parking spaces, and nearly 150,000-square-feet of commercial space to Wrigleyville.
