Brent Seabrook of the Chicago Blackhawks is looking to trim down his inventory of Chicago real estate, and has just recently listed his five bedroom brick home in the Roscoe Village neighborhood for $1.35 million, the Chicago Tribune reports. Seabrook, who was drafted by the Blackhawks in 2003, built the home in 2006. Last September, the defenseman signed a $55 million, eight-year extension with the Blackhawks, and has since purchased a larger, newly constructed mansion and a nearby vintage wooden frame house along the Southport Corridor in Lakeview.
