Chicago Bull Mike Dunleavy Lists Lincoln Park Mansion for $4.1M

The veteran athlete just purchased the home last October

Chicago Bulls small forward Mike Dunleavy is following in the footsteps of former teammate Joakim Noah and Chicago Blackhawks Captain Jonathan Toews by ditching his Lincoln Park mansion. Dunleavy, who paid $3.85 million for the 6,200-square-foot home just last October, has listed the bulking behemoth on Lincoln Park’s famed Burling Street for $4.1 million, the Chicago Tribune reports. The home with its limestone exterior, basement rec room, wine room, and rooftop deck is typical of one owned by a professional athlete.
