As progress on the new single family homes coming to Irving Park continues, the sales center and model home for the Basecamp SFH development has officially opened. The development located at 3700 N. Milwaukee Avenue is bringing 48 brand new homes designed by Chicago’s Pappageorge Haymes Partners to the area. While new homes, particular those designed by well known firms, can cost a fortune, the homes at Basecamp SFH start around $520,000 and go up to $660,000. According to an announcement from the development team, which includes Stocking Urban, LLC and Logan Square’s Flexhouse builder Ranquist Development Group, 14 of the new homes have already been sold.
The development and sales team also sent over a slew of new photos of the four-bedroom model home. The home interiors with their open floor plans and modern finishes don’t look so dissimilar to the Flexhouse developments from Ranquist, but of course these homes are detached. Not pictured is the garage, however all of the homes at Basecamp SFH will include two-car garages.
