More details have emerged regarding Belgravia Realty Group’s riverfront condo development slated to rise at the foot of Trump Tower, including a new name. Now officially known as "Renelle on the River," the 17-story project at 403 N Wabash will include 45 dwelling units. Prices will start at $1,660,000 and will go as high as $3 million for rooftop penthouse units, according to Chicago Agent Magazine.
While angry flyers distributed in a neighboring high-rise urging residents to oppose the development hinted towards a possible design change and height reduction down to 16-stories, the folks at bKL Architecture confirmed that the building’s original floor count and design remain unaltered. Though Renelle’s website is quite sparce at the moment, unit pre-sales are expected to begin shortly with an anticipated delivery date of spring 2018.
