Just days after relisting his holdings in the Art Deco Palmolive Building, Vince Vaughn has found a buyer for his large three-level penthouse that overlooks the Magnificent Mile. The property, which has been on and off the market since August 2011, was recently split up into two separate listings—one for the building's 35th floor and another that combined the 36th and 37th floors. Combined, the asking price for the two listings was $12.7 million. We won't know the sale price until the deal closes, but the latest ask on the three levels is only a fraction of the $24.7 million that Vaughn originally asked back in 2011. Before splitting up the units, Vaughn was most recently asking $13.9 million for the combined 12,000-square-foot residence.
