While it may be another few years before residents will begin filling the upcoming Vista Tower in Lakeshore East, those interested in owning a unit in the luxury skyscraper can now get a virtual look inside the building. The sales center for the 93-story Jeanne Gang-designed tower officially opened today, and the first handful of listings have formally entered the MLS.

In the last few days, 15 units have hit the market, with prices ranging from $1.32 million for a 1,300-square-foot one-bedroom up to $2.87 million for a 2,500-square-foot three-bedroom unit. The new listings also offer some newer, never before seen renderings of the interiors designed by Hirsch Bedner Associates. The renders reveal spaces with high-end finishes and sweeping views of the city.

The tower will feature a total of 405 units for sale, which start around the $1 million mark. Parties interested in getting a better view at their unit and skyline views can get a look at the sales center, which features a room lined with 52 flat-screen displays that offer full-scale images of each individual unit's finishes and skyline view.
