A two-level Lake Shore Drive co-op facing Lake Michigan made a big splash in the Chicago real estate market when it listed for $13.5 million in February. With that price tag, the spacious unit became the city's fifth most expensive listing. However, after spending several weeks on the market with no bites, the 10,000-square-foot unit at 1500 N. Lake Shore Drive has just taken its first price chop — and a big one at that. As of this week, this unit that once belonged to Chicago's famous Wrigley family has lobbed $3 million off the top. While asking prices are just that, this one is still a whopper at $10.5 million.
