The Lincoln Park home of notable midcentury architect Bruce Graham has officially found a new owner. Graham, whose work on the then-named Sears Tower and the John Hancock Center with Skidmore, Owings & Merrill earn him international prominence, designed and built the house for himself in 1968. In the '90s, the home received an extensive remodeling lead by Dan Wheeler of Wheeler Kearns Architects. Graham's residence first hit the market almost exactly one year ago, asking $3.8 million. The sale closed on Monday, with the home fetching $3,253,500.
