Frank Lloyd Wright's Ingalls House Gets its First Price Cut

New, 1 comment

This Prairie style home has spent nearly a year on the market

After nearly a year on the market, Frank Lloyd Wright's J. Kibben Ingalls House in River Forest has taken its first price cut. The Prairie style home first hit the market in March 2015 with some delightfully retro photos and a $1.3 million ask. Today, we have a more recent look at the four bedroom house as the listing has been updated with newer images. Built in 1909, the house features many of Wright's unmistakable trademarks like low-hanging gables and art glass windows. While a $145,000 price reduction is considerable, the ask on this house is still well over the one million mark. Today the Ingalls House is seeking $1.18 million.
