A Handful of New Condos Coming to Fulton River District

New, 6 comments

Construction has just kicked off on a new condo development for the Fulton River District. While it's not delivering dozens of new units, the project could certainly be viewed as more evidence that the once frosty condo market is making a return. The project, called 836 Hubbard, comes from Ranquist Development, a developer that has built dozens of new rowhomes in Logan Square and single family homes in Irving Park over the last couple of years. Designed by Osterhaus MCCarthy, the new development will feature just eight units. Like other new condo development, these units will be quite spacious and pricey. According to the sales team, these new units will start at $750,000.
