As the West Loop boom rolls into autumn, a few units at the forthcoming West Loop Collection development have just hit the MLS. Previously known as BLVD at Green, the once planned 10-story, 60-unit project has not only been renamed, but the project was reimagined as a series of five separate five-story buildings spanning 210-240 S. Green Street thanks largely in part to a downzoning of the property from DX-7 to DX-5. And perhaps to make up for the loss of density and height, POGN Development is looking to deliver some pretty high-end units at the new project. Three listings hit the MLS this morning, ranging from $989,000 for a three-bedroom unit to $2.075 million for a four-bedroom.
According to the development’s website, the new project will feature 40 total condos. The breakdown includes 20 single-level three-bedroom units, 10 four-bedroom duplex penthouse units, and 10 four-bedroom basement duplex units. And with these asking prices, you can be sure to expect higher end finishes and appliances. Floor plans of the various units can be found on the project’s website.
