Trump protesters and supporters gather at Chicago’s Trump Tower

New, 8 comments

Dozens, perhaps hundreds, showed up this morning to protest Trump’s treatment of women

The Trump International Hotel & Tower is certainly the most visible physical connection to the real estate mogul turned Republican presidential candidate in Chicago—and possibly even in the entire Midwest—so the building has become somewhat of a lightening rod for criticism from protestors and a rallying place for supporters of Trump.

This morning dozens of demonstrators, both in support of Trump and against Trump, met outside of the building to make a statement. According to NBC 5, which had a news crew at the site during the rally, there was a large contingent of demonstrators from the National Organization for Women group who were there to protest Trump’s comments towards and treatment of women.

DNAinfo estimates that hundreds of people turned up to the rally outside of Chicago’s Trump International Hotel & Tower this morning.

Trump protests part two.... warning: strong language.
