Frank Lloyd Wright House in Beverly Returns Asking $620K

New, 2 comments

One of the early prefab American System-Built Houses from Frank Lloyd Wright has returned to the market. After a three and a half month break, the H. Howard Hyde House in Beverly has resurfaced with a small price cut and new photos. The house has witnessed some major changes since it last sold in 1999. According to the listing agent, the owners have updated the kitchen, finished the basement and have installed all new plumbing and electrical. While Frank Lloyd Wright houses aren't rare in the Chicago metro area, this house is currently the only Wright house located within city limits that is up for grabs. It joins a few other Wright homes in the area that are hoping to find a new owner this year. This house entered the market last July seeking $749,900, but can now be had for $619,900.
