Chicago's Third-Tallest Tower's Interiors Could Look Like This

New, 7 comments

Attendees of this year's EXPO CHICAGO will be able to get a first look at the interiors of the new Vista Residences for the mixed-use Vista Tower designed by Chicago's Studio Gang. Also known as Wanda Vista, the new 93-story tower is being developed by the Chinese conglomerate Wanda Group and the Chicago-based Magellan Development Group, and is expected to be the city's third tallest building when completed. The tower will feature a mixture of hotel rooms and condos, which are currently being marketed by the developers. The best views will be reserved for buyers, as the condos will start at the 73rd floor. According to the developers, units will range from 1,050 square foot one bedrooms all the way up to spacious penthouses with sweeping views. While Studio Gang has lead the exterior design duties for the tower, Hirsh Bedner Associates is doing the condos and Gensler will handle the hotel section. Magellan received a permit back in June to open the sales center for the new project, but the center won't officially open until later this fall.
