Chicago Bulls star and man bun aficionado Joakim Noah has officially dumped his Lincoln Park digs. Noah made big news last October when he paid $2.85 million for a mansion on Schubert Avenue, but after less than a year of ownership, Noah put the house back on the market. The home was listed in July with a $3.15 million price tag and just a month later, the 7,500-square-foot home found a buyer. The sale closed last week for $2.875 million — earning Noah a $25,000 return on the house. Built in 2009, the mansion sports high end finishes, a rooftop deck and of course, some star power. No word on where Noah is heading next, but previous reports have suggested that the NBA star may look for a place closer to the team's new practice facility near the United Center.
