Original Logan Square Flexhouse Returns to Market for $509K

New, 5 comments

Logan Square's Flexhouse townhouses are only a couple of years old, but the asking price on this particular unit suggests that the homes have appreciated considerably since they were delivered in 2013. Built by Ranquist Development, the contemporary townhouses feature open floor plans, heated concrete floors, finished basements and private backyards. The eight homes on Shakespeare were the first of the bunch to be built, but Ranquist is currently working on delivering a total of 31 more Flexhouses in the northwest corner of the Logan Square neighborhood. According to the listing history, this home sold for $428,078 in March 2013. However, it has returned to the market this week with an asking price of $509,900. Considering that the original Flexhouse units were built and sold while the market was still fragile, the home's owners will be getting a solid return on their investment if they can get their asking price.
