Joakim Noah Finds a Buyer for His Lincoln Park Mansion

New, 1 comment

After living in this Lincoln Park mansion for just one year, Chicago Bulls star Joakim Noah decided that he was ready to move on and listed the home for sale last month. And only 21 days after listing the 7,500-square-foot home with a $3.15 million price tag, Noah has an offer that he likes. Yesterday, the home's status changed to contingent, indicating that the NBA star has a contract in place for the home. The deal could still fall apart in the next few days, but if the sale does go through, Noah will be able to wash his hands of Lincoln Park and move on to his next residence—presumably somewhere closer to the United Center.
