The NFL Draft Will Be Coming Back to Grant Park Next Year

New, 21 comments

NFL fans who didn't make it to Draft Town earlier this year will get a second chance next April. The NFL and Mayor Rahm Emanuel have announced that the 2016 NFL Draft will be coming back to Chicago and taking over Grant Park once more. According to the Sun-Times, the NFL will be looking to expand its Draft Town experience, adding more youth-oriented events. This year's NFL draft was the first outside of New York, but the league will open up bidding for the 2017 draft next year. This year's draft featured the 900,000 square-foot interactive fan area, music performances, flag football tournaments and a pop-up Super Bowl museum. Expect to see even more next April.
