The new transit-oriented development for Lincoln Avenue next to the Paulina Brown Line station just received its construction permit on Tuesday, and workers are already on site, clearing the way for the five story development. One Curbed reader snapped this photo of an excavator digging in on the site at 3400 N. Lincoln Avenue and shared it on Twitter. When completed, the new Hirsch Associates-designed project will bring 36 rental units and 5,500 square feet of retail to the busy stretch of Lincoln.
