Ready or not, River North, here comes the HoJo Tower. The forthcoming 38-story skyscraper will replace the now long gone 71-room mid-century HoJo motel with 298 apartments, adding to the already booming downtown apartment market. And the tower also comes with a friend: a public pocket park on the west end of the site along Wells Street that's designed by Evanston's Kettelkamp & Kettelkamp.
