Lincoln Park Rehab Epitomizes Phrase 'Living in a Fishbowl'

New, 4 comments

While this rehabbed ground floor unit on Dickens Avenue does look quite sleek, it also gives new meaning to "living in a fish bowl." The one bedroom, one bathroom unit is quite compact, but by all means livable—if you're into lofted bedrooms with low-hanging ceilings. However, expect wandering eyes from passersby as the only thing separating this home from the sidewalk is just a few windows. This place is asking $249,900 so it's relatively cheap for Lincoln Park, however there are likely many other condos in the area around the same price that offer a bit more privacy.
